Mr. DeCourt has been in the Underwater Remotely Operated Vehicle and Tooling industry since 1994. His career started at Oceaneering as an offshore electronics technician. During his time at Oceaneering his positions included Electronics Tech, Systems Tech, Member of the Technical Response Department, Logistics Coordinator, Assistant Operations Manager, Offshore Supervisor, Electronics Technicians Class Instructor, and ROV pilot Training Instructor. He then moved to Stolt Offshore as the technical manager for the North America and Mexico region. Within two years he had evolved the internal tooling department into a profitable part of the ROV division. During the third year he became operations manager for the NAMEX ROV department. The next move was the incorporation of,  Xtreme Service Group Inc., in 2002. While XSG is still the parent company, it conducts business  under the DBA's  DeepWater Rental & Supply and DeepWater Engineering.
