Tony McNickle

| Mr. McNickle entered the offshore oil and gas industry in 2006 working as a recruiter and sales manager sourcing qualified candidates for various offshore and subsea related positions for numerous major players in the Gulf of Mexico. He then moved on to Veolia Special Services managing their personnel department for the offshore ROV division, and this is where he first met David DeCourt . Tony was brought on near the inception of the ROV division and created the personnel program for that department. While acting as hiring manager, the ROV department tripled in size of offshore personnel. After a few years working on the operations side of the business, he decided he was best suited to return to the sales and business development side of the industry. He had observed the growth of DeepWater Rental and Supply throughout the years and had always known the level of integrity in which the business was run, so he approached David in March 2010 about a business development opportunity. Tony now operates as Business Development representative for DeepWater as well as oversees operations of the Houston office.
