In
order for Romar to manufacture the Magnogrids we require a sketch showing internal dimensions of
the mud ditch or Flowline
in mm. This should include any supporting angle iron etc. Romar will then produce
a CAD drawing for approval prior to manufacture. This is at NO ADDITIONAL COST
TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

EzCLEAN MAGNOGRID SYSTEM
What is an Ez- Clean Magnorod?
The Ez-Clean Magnorod is the next stage up from the standard ditch magnet Magnogrids. The assembly consists of a
tube filled with magnetic material which has a rod & handle attached to it. As per the picture there is a stopper
plate positioned on the tube.
The Ez-Clean Magnorod system is located in a frame which fits to the profile of the flowline or header box. This provides
a complete magnetic barrier across the the full width and depth of the fluid path.
Each Ez-Clean Magnorod is pulled one at a time rather than the whole frame having to be lifted.
When the magnetic
material is pulled above the stopper plate any metal will be discharged from the Ez-Clean Magnogrid.
What benefits can the system bring?
It is ideal where heavy contamination is encountered.
Ez-Clean Magnorods are self cleaning and very light and easy
to handle
The system is user friendly and keeps the operator away from the hazards of swarf and hazardous chemicals.
Large
quantities of swarf can be removed from fluid systems without the need for mechanical intervention.
Coarse particles
of large swarf can be removed prior to shaker system, saving on screen wear.
Crews find the system unique and are happy
to be tasked with ensuring that the system is used in an efficient manner.
Operators get real time and realistic recovery
figures on swarf removal.
The Ez Clean Magnorods are used together with the Romar International Magnogrid System
which provide a final polish to the fluid system prior to the fluids re-entering the active fluid system.
What situations and places can it be used?
Is used when heavy contamination to a fluid system is expected from Window milling or Section Milling.
It can also
be used as an advanced ditch magnet system which provides even greater benefits in safe handling of ditch magnets than the
Magnogrid system.
The Ez-Clean Magnorod is ideal for using in confined spaces where manual handling is an issue
Another
ideal use for the Ez-Clean Magnorod is where a fluid system is hazardous to health. The operator does not make contact with
the swarf or area which has been in contact with the fluid system when cleaning the Ez-Clean Magnorod.
The Ez-Clean
Magnorods also form part of the Romar International Swarf Handling System
